I would like to share with you the experience of scientist and teacher Seema Chakraborty at the Bandel Mogra Science Center of the West Bengal Science Forum.

"I am the limit. Age 39.

One Monday afternoon when I came back from school, my body felt a little bad. I feel healthy after taking paracetamol. Elderly mother-in-law, groom sick, two children, working people are not coming home. In this situation, there is no time to look at yourself.

Exactly on the seventh day, after ten o’clock in the morning I finished my work and sat down for breakfast. Suddenly my body became numb. Looks like I'm not breathing. I asked for an oximeter. I looked up to 72 and removed the oximeter with my hand. I immediately lay down on my feet, under my waist, with three pillows on my chin and began to breathe loudly.

The man of the house was then approaching the science forum. Oxygen, arranging hospital.

I felt I would have to live up to Osbe’s arrangement in the interest of my children. I'm barely trying to breathe. After about half an hour I recovered. Then the oxygen level was showing 99. I asked the groom to inform the science forum that I was fine. I will not go to the hospital.

In the afternoon, the Bundel-Mogra Center sent a doctor. Dr. Babu (Dipankar Mukherjee) gave courage, said you have a strong mind, you have no worries. He gave medicine. Asked to stay away from social media, and listen to favorite songs.

The tenth day. When I go down in the evening, I suddenly have difficulty breathing. My arms and legs are bent in the cooker. Reading Axis 55 Sometimes 65. Sometimes 75.

The battle resumed. There were tremendous fluctuations in pressure and oxygen levels. The phone started ringing all around. First, the Science Stage and Red Volunteers. Everyone is trying to get an oxygen cylinder. I guess I won’t be dependent on the cylinder. I have to live by myself. How helpless the children look. The six year old boy is saying equally, mother will not let you die, you will live. The ten year old girl is saying, mother take care, I am here, nothing will happen to you.

I have to live

Again he lay down with three pillows on his back, under his waist, and under his chin. Trying to breathe with all my might. Eyes are closing, my whole body is getting cold. I can see my dead mother touching my body, saying that the pain will go away immediately, have courage. After 30 minutes I started feeling healthy again. I sat down again. Then think of the children passing by while eating, they are very hungry.

In today's lesson,

Only you, as a parent can know for sure. If you lose the power of your mind, you will be in danger. When you get oxygen, who will take you to the hospital, if you wait, the pain of body and mind will increase.

Don’t let him handle a situation like mine once again, and live once again.

I will live, you will live. How will you live Remember me and live.

Today is my fourteenth day, the danger has been averted.

Then I will be able to hold the children in my arms. ”
